Oh we are still on wedding cloud 9 after the beautiful wedding of Jemma & James and we aren’t coming down anytime soon! You may recognise our couple from their engagement shoot back in July, we are so happy to share some photos from their wedding day.
The day started at Jemma’s parents house where all the girls where relaxing having their hair and make up done, listening to their favourite music and enjoying pastries and prosecco. When Jemma stepped into her Couture Gown by Bea Das, she took everyones breath away!
The groom was waiting with his groomsmen at St Laurence Church in Hawkhurst. James wanted to acknowledge his Scottish Heritage and did just that with his Tartan waistcoat. And very smart he looked indeed!
The bride arrived in her Dad’s beloved Riley Motor, and the Reverend Rodney gave a beautiful service. Everyone gathered outside and threw confetti over the newlyweds before making their way to the impressive St Ronans School for the evening celebrations.
We used the stunning grounds of the school as a backdrop to the bride and groom portraits, the colours on the trees added that wintry feel to the day.
The venue looked so romantic with candles and flowers adorning the staircase, a roaring fire and grand piano. After enjoying their wedding breakfast, and the all important speeches, the bride and groom took to the dance floor for their first dance as husband and wife.
Congratulations Mr & Mrs Jackson! And thank you for letting us capture your beautiful day.
