HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE OF PHOTOGRAPHY?

Our style is modern, natural and relaxed. We document your day as it unfolds 80% of the time. We will curate 20% of your day when it comes to your family formals and couple shots.

HOW LONG UNTIL WE CAN SEE OUR WEDDING PHOTOS?

You will receive a sneak peek gallery within 48hrs of your wedding day and the remaining photos will be with you within 4-8 weeks depending on the collection you choose.

CAN WE PURCHASE PRINTS DIRECTLY FROM OUR ONLINE GALLERY?

Yes, we have an online store making it easy for you to purchase all kinds of products from prints to canvas.

DO WE GET BOTH JAMES & KERRIE PHOTOGRAPHING OUR DAY?

Yes, we absolutely LOVE working together so you get both of us covering your day whichever wedding collection you choose.

DO WE HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR HAVING THE SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?

Absolutely not! James & Kerrie do not charge any extra for having a second photographer.

DO YOU HAVE BACK UP EQUIPMENT?

Yes, we both carry a spare body should anything happen to our main cameras and a spare flash. Our cameras record onto two separate memory cards so should anything happen we will always have a back up of your wedding photos.

CAN I HAVE THE RAW FILES?

No, we do not release the RAW files, we provide you with the finished product in JPEG.

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Yes, we are fully insured.

WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IN AN EMERGENCY PREVENTING YOU FROM PHOTOGRAPHING OUR WEDDING?

If we are unable to photograph your wedding in the event of an emergency we have forged strong relationships with other local wedding photographers who will be able to step in for us. We will strive to get you 2 photographers to cover your day. We will edit your wedding photos ensuring you still get that JK look.

HOW MANY FAMILY PHOTO COMBINATIONS DO YOU RECOMMEND?

We strongly recommend between 8 to 10 different family combinations as anymore will go into your time for your couple photos. If you do book us as your photographers we can help you by providing an example of a typical family shot list.
