A beautiful Somerset wedding venue combining timeless architecture, sweeping views, and a warm, relaxed atmosphere that feels perfect for couples who want a day filled with beauty and emotion, as wedding photographers in Somerset, we’re lucky to work in some of the most breathtaking countryside settings, and St Audries Park is always a favourite.

This wedding was no exception. The morning began in the stunning wedding suite, filled with hair pins, perfume bottles and a whole lot of laughter as final touches were made to hair & makeup. The bride carried the most stunning bouquet in shades of raspberry and blush pink, these florals set the tone for the entire day, romantic, modern, and full of colour.

The groom looked incredible in a deep green suit, a bold and stylish choice that photographed beautifully against the soft tones of St Audries Park. It’s details like this that make us love what we do as St Audries Park wedding photographers; every couple brings their own personality to the venue, and it’s a joy to capture.

The ceremony was held at St Etheldreda’s Church, which is on the door step to St Audries Park and set at the foot of the Quantock Hills, a beautiful floral arch adorned the doorway. Afterwards, we took full advantage of the Victorian Orangery for family and couple portraits. The soft, natural light that filters through the glass makes it one of the most magical spaces in the whole estate. Even on the rainiest days, it provides the perfect backdrop, elegant, bright, and beautifully sheltered.

The rain stuck around for a while and then it was as if the weather knew it was time to celebrate, the clouds finally parted & golden sun spilled across the fields, turning the day into something truly spectacular. We wandered into the fields at the edge of the estate, where the warm light glowed against the damp grass. After a day of umbrellas and showers, this moment felt like a reward, calm, peaceful, and filled with joy!
